"Making objects we love to live with is exhilarating and satisfying. Creating lighting is a very literal way of making our lives brighter and more beautiful."
Katherine Ahern, Birch & Willow owner and designer

We design and create limited edition and one-of-a-kind lamps and luminaries at our studio in Boston, Massachusetts. Our work is inspired by the natural play between light and shadow. Our mission is to create peaceful lighting with an intrinsic sense of nature. Each lamp and luminary is made with sustainably harvested materials and handmade paper.
Birch & Willow is a green woman-owned business. Respecting and preserving the environment has been one of our guiding principles for over ten years.
